Developed by Gravotech, TWINCUT combine a carbide tip, the ease of use of full-length traversing cutters with the cost savings associated with short tools.
The TWINCUT interchangeable rotary engraving supplies are designed to be used with a single toolholder. Quick, easy, economical.
TWINCUT wide range of inserts covers all cutting and engraving applications, in plastic and metal including stainless steel engraving and precious metal cutting thanks to their carbide tip.
Made of one unique holder to reuse and a wide range of high-quality carbide tip inserts to choose from, you can save up to 30% of your total rotary engraving supplies cost.
Versatility
Originally used with manual pantograph engraving machines, ONECUT carbide cutters are available in HSS steel or carbide and in 3 different sizes (3.17mm, 4.36mm and 6.35mm) for the widest range of applications.
Easy setup
ONECUT are full-length traversing cutters and therefore easy to use: simply lower your ONECUT cutter into the engraving machine spindle, tighten up and engrave. Quick and precise adjustment to ensure constant engraving depth.
Performance
PERCUT cutters are high-performance carbide tip tools designed to be used on machines equipped with collet or high-frequency spindles.
Available in 3 different shank diameters: 3.00mm, 4.00mm and 6.0mm.
Productivity
PERCUT cutters have been engineered for the most demanding machining applications, including stainless steel cutting.
Speed and ease of use
Diamond cutters ‘score’ material as opposed to engraving it. They create a thin and precise engraving mark, without ever going too deep. They can engrave uneven surfaces and allow fast machining speeds. Rotating diamond cutters achieve a slightly deeper mark.
For all applications
Available in ONECUT or TWINCUT format, diamonds cutters are used across all industries and applications: from traceability marking on metal parts to fine delicate engraving on glass.

Achieve quality cutting and engraving on metals and glass with our range of professional lubricants. Gravotech engraving lubricants will significantly increase the lifespan of your rotary engraving supplies and also of your equipment while improving the overall engraving finish.
Choose Soluble oil to engrave on glass, Engravolube paste for most metals such as aluminium, brass, steel or stainless steel. Polycoupe spray is also recommended for harder metals whilst Surfex is the best lubricant for aluminium.
Tip: use Engravolub with a swivel nose (nylon or steel) – it will retain the paste and dramatically increase the lifespan of the engraving tool.
